1. Performance and Applications
This product is a blend of organophosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, and alkaline enhancers, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and scale resistance. It has excellent temperature resistance, is alkaline, and has a pH value comparable to that of furnace water. It can be effectively applied to in-furnace water treatment in low-pressure boilers. Boilers include plumbing, steam, and locomotive boilers. It can also be used for corrosion inhibition and scale prevention in seawater desalination, distillation, and automotive radiator systems.

3. How to Use
Add 200g of chemical per ton of water to the boiler to supplement the boiler water. Pay attention to drainage during use, requiring drainage once every hour for 5~10 seconds. If the boiler operates with scale, increase the amount of agent and drain frequently. After 10~20 days of operation, shut down the boiler and manually clean off the fallen scale to prevent pipeline clogging, then return to normal operation. If possible, the measurable boiler water concentration factor should be controlled at around 10 times, and other parameters should be adjusted according to relevant labor department regulations (such as furnace water pH 10~12, etc.). The chemical dosing tank should be made of plastic, and the cement water tank should be treated for corrosion; otherwise, it is easily corroded by chemicals, which increases the hardness of the water.
The total hardness of boiler make-up water should be controlled within 200 mg/L. If the hardness is too high, lime or other methods can be used to reduce it; otherwise, the antiscaling effect of the agent will be affected.
4. Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in plastic drums, weighing 25kg per drum or depending on user requirements. Store in a cool place with a shelf life of ten months.

The corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor for high-efficiency boilers is alkaline. Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water after contact.
